Chiropractor Gives Tips For Running

Dr. Daniel Rukeyser from Florida recommends paying attention to your runs in order to stay safe and healthy and ensure progress. He also says running should be about having fun, staying fit and being healthier overall.

FORT PIERCE — Dr. Daniel Rukeyser of Vital Chiropractic Wellness Center says many Treasure Coast residents made a resolution to start 2012 with running as one of their fitness regimens. Rukeyser says if you make that resolution, remain healthy by following some basic running tips.

“Running, whether a 5-K, 10-K, marathon, half-marathon, or part of a triathlon requires some basic attention to detail to make sure you are safe and progress as a runner,” said Rukeyser. “There are many tips and books you may read, or you can consult your favorite running or fitness store for guidance. The bottom line is to have fun, stay fit, and become healthier for 2012.”
